Sifu Phu is the real deal, doing seminars in Pittsburgh yearly, receiving multiple nationally recognized martial arts awards, has performed at Rowan University’s Asian Cultural Festival, and demonstrating regularly at local MMA and Martial Arts school throughout South Jersey while slowly growing followers and students of his teachings and philosophy of energy, through the internal martial arts. ![]() Beside’s his knowledge and genius of martial arts science, Sifu Phu is still able to perform over 500 push-ups straight and thousands of crunches, among many other exercises he performs regularly as part of his own training regime. ![]() You have to go to your doctor, your family doctor and ask him to control your body: hearth, breath, past pathologies, past injuries (etc.) The second thing is to. I met Sifu Phu back in 2004 and was really impressed back then. He teaches wing chun, chin na, Tai Chi, 5 animals, and ground fighting. He's been training every since and is in his late 40s AFAIK. He’s been at my high school graduation party, I’ve been to various birthday parties for his children, and I’ve spent a lot of time with him at different events from seminars, cornering fights, tournaments, and obviously training. His grandfather took him in when he was 8 and taught him the family system. I’ve been training with Sifu Phu since I was 14 and at this point he’s become something like extended family. The latest interview I had the pleasure of doing was with Sifu Phu Ngo of South Jersey Kung Fu.
